What Is A BootCamp Class?

The Performance Fitness BootCamp is a group training class that focuses on improving cardiovascular and strength conditioning.  It combines functional movements designed to elevate the heart rate and work both upper body, lower body and core.

How Long Are BootCamp Classes?

Class length is 1 hour.

Do I Need To Be A Certain Fitness Level To Participate In Class?

The Performance Fitness BootCamp is suitable for people of all fitness levels.  Each workout is customized for the particular audience, and any exercise can be modified so that each participant receives maximal benefit. 

Do I Need To Redeem My Sessions By A Certain Date?

Each purchased package has a 6 month redemption period.
